This class is NOT for…

We understand lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit.
Because scale sends a message.
When 130 citizens show up to get educated about responsible carry, it changes the culture.
A class this size tells Ocala:
We take safety seriously.
We take responsibility seriously.
We’re not casual about this.
We're taking a stand against violent crime.
This class isn’t about money.
It’s about momentum.
If enough responsible adults step up, we raise the standard for the entire community.
That’s how safer cities are built.
Yes.
You will learn:
• The law
• When force is justified
• How to avoid conflict
• Safe handling fundamentals
• What responsible carry actually requires
Real competence takes repetition. It takes range time, dry fire practice, and situations you can only learn by doing. One class can't give you that, and we won't insult your intelligence by pretending it can.
What this class will give you is the right foundation. You'll understand the law, know how to handle a firearm safely, and — maybe most importantly — you'll finally stop putting it off.
Most people spend years meaning to get started. After April 4th, you'll have started.
That's not the finish line. But it's the only way to get there.
Not during this event.
This class focuses on:
• Legal education
• Safe handling procedures
• Decision-making
• Responsibility
Live fire training requires a different format and environment.
We will explain how to continue into range-based training if you choose to.
No.
You do not need a permit to carry concealed in Florida.
However, there are important benefits to obtaining a concealed weapon license in Florida, including:
• Reciprocity with many other states
• Streamlined firearm purchases
• Clear documentation of training
• Added legal clarity in certain situations
• An extra layer of responsibility and credibility
We’ll explain those benefits clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Bring the entire family.
Anyone is welcome to attend and learn.
In Florida, you must be 21 years old to obtain a concealed weapon license.
If someone attends before turning 21, their training certificate will still be valid when they reach legal age.
Education and responsibility don’t have an age limit.
Of course! Whether you're coming in for a quick refresher, for the fun, or to help inspire Ocala to take more training, let's get you registered. Just click the button below and get in.
